I Ghazala Khan with more than a decade of specialized experience in Family Law, encompassing both criminal and non-litigation matters, is a dedicated Advocate committed to providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation to individuals and families facing complex legal challenges. My expertise extends across a broad spectrum of family-related issues, from criminal defense in domestic violence cases to non-litigation services such as mediation and collaborative law. Guided by a commitment to justice, empathy, and strategic advocacy, I have successfully guided clients through even the most sensitive and contentious legal proceedings.
Before setting up my own independent practice, I worked as an Associate partner in the chambers of one of the most respected and renowned divorce lawyers and senior counsel of Union of India Mr.Sajan Oommen for 9 years.
Educational Qualification
- I pursued my Masters in Law (LL.M.) from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Pune with specialization in Business laws.
- I pursued my Bachelors in Law (LL.B.) from the Government Law College, Mumbai
- Diploma in Cyber law from Asian school of cyber laws Pune
- Diploma in Law of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions from Asian school of cyber laws Pune.

Obtained Law Practice license of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 2010 and having independent legal practice in Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law in India.
Having own Law office in Mumbai and continue to practice in India.
